Regarding Jack Welch's leadership, I do think Welch has established a " new type of strategic management". �

When ever Jack Welch took business office in Apr 1981 while the new CEO of General Electric, he was facing many challenges. First was the requirement and question from shareholders. Could Jack port create an additional management legend as Williams did? Where is GE going under Jack's leadership?
