Dear Ms. Jones:

I have been a customer of Posados CafГ© for many years. I've always loved the food and service that I have received whilst dining for Posados. In November 18, 2011, my loved ones, friends, and i also received extremely unacceptable support while dining at the Nacogdoches, Texas position. I was not really pleased with the service or perhaps the food.

My family, good friends, and I expected to have great service based on the experiences of the previous appointments. While cusine at the restaurant, we received very poor assistance, and the meals was overpriced for the coffee quality. We patiently lay for each of our waitress to adopt our drink orders to get 20 minutes, and they were not correct when we received all of them. I asked to get tortillas and more salsa frequently without receiving any; We finally ended asking and waiting for her to return with these items. Whenever we received our food, it had been undercooked along with poor quality. I actually felt the foodstuff was too expensive for the high quality. The waitress rarely ceased by the table to evaluate us; we had to ask for refills on the drinks many times before they were refilled.

I i am writing this kind of letter in hope that needed adjustments will be produced. I do not plan to return to the restaurant until conditions improve. In most sincerity, I really hope that I may return to this kind of establishment and enjoy myself ?nternet site have upon previous occasions.
