This conventional paper present the library rack management system. The program was developed applying Radio Rate of recurrence Identification (RFID). The research was created in integrating the RFID system and the creation of Graphical User Interface (GUI) at the number PC. The scope of of the studies to develop a computerized library shelf management system to support the librarians for more effective shelf management to find any kind of misplaced literature on the selection shelf. GUI for the machine was developed using Microsoft Visual Basic. Net. The GUI task is to store particulars information in the book for the database.
